It was a hectic time and the Certass certificate went awry. We are now moving but need the certificate. They installed a new front door with side panels and a big window to the side and it looks great! There was a small problem with the glazed unit in the door which after site visits, videos and various attempts to get round it, suggested by the suppliers, was replaced as it was a production problem their end. Tom chased it up for us and persevered until we got the outcome we wanted which was a replacement unit. I would recommend Dunmow Double Glazing to anyone thinking of having replacement windows or doors. A very good and professional company.
